Malta's newest, most fun, and innovative fitness experience. Combining Pilates and HIIT workouts on inflated boards set on the water, our sessions focus on balance, core strength, and mind–body connection — while creating a fun, supportive community and a truly unique workout. Available exclusively with us on the island.
June Programmes
All packages require advance booking and payment to secure your spot. Sessions run at Neptunes WPSC, Balluta Bay.
Just want to try it out, or pick a session that fits your schedule? Drop-in sessions run Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Choose a time that works for you and we'll build a class around it — perfect for individuals or groups.

Where to Find Us
Our sessions take place at one of Malta's most beautiful outdoor pools — right on the waterfront at Balluta Bay, St Julian's. Arrive 10 minutes early and bring your swimwear and a towel.
The Process
Spots are limited — secure yours early. All bookings require payment in advance.
Choose Mondays or Wednesdays. All programmes run for 4 weeks through June and into July.
Click the book button on your chosen package — you'll be directed to a secure payment page to confirm your spot. No payment = no booking.
Once paid, you'll receive a confirmation. If you have any questions, message us directly on WhatsApp.
Arrive at Neptunes WPSC, Balluta Bay, 10 minutes before your session. Bring swimwear, a towel, and good energy.
